Consider continuation of Conditional Use Hearing for Joseph and Rosemarie Cardamone and Michael Wade for the Cardamone tract located at the intersection of Stump and Pickertown Roads, TMP # 50-004-071, 50-004-071-001 and 50-004-071-002 to April 14, 2020.
APPROVAL OF BILL LIST: a. 2020 Invoices for the period February 26, 2020 to March 10, 2020 in the amount $1,415,041.36.

Consider Resolution to approve increasing the Athletic organization roster fee from $5.00/participant to $7.50 (Residents) and $10.00 (Non-Residents).
DEDICATION REQUEST: a. Consider approval of Resolution denying request for dedication of public improvements within Warrington Glen, Phases 1, 2 & 3 Development.
SOLICITOR’S REPORT: a. WT ZHB 20-02, Mancini, 531 Bradford Avenue, request for a special exception to demolish a dilapidated house and construct a new one in its place, also variances for front yard setback along a paper street and building coverage. b.
