APPROVAL OF BILL LIST: 2019 Invoices for the period April 10, 2019 to April 23, 2019 in the amount of $ 1,348,605.14.
a. March 26, 2019 to Approve Minutes for Board of Supervisors meeting. b. April 9, 2019 to Post Minutes for Board of Supervisors meeting. c. Consider approval of pay classification matrix. d. Consider Sandstone - KVK Development Group, LP Right-of-Way Dedication from Township. e. Consider authorization to rebid the Oil & Chip Surface Treatment Project- Bradley Rd. f. Consider approval to purchase pool chemicals from Buckmans Inc., part of a consortium bid by Hatfield Township. g. Consider Change Order # 1 (Option 1: $8885.00; Option 2: @13,270.00) for Upper Area Booster Station Power. h. Consider proceeds from Warrington Community Day Zip Line event to go towards Lion Pride Park. i. Consider appointment of Thomas J. Lorditch to volunteer for the Historic Commission. j. DEDICATION REQUEST: a. Consider accepting dedication of public improvements for Warrington Equities, LLC (Commerce Bank/Walgreens) located at 2050 Street Road, TMP # 50-032-048.
SOLICITOR'S REPORT: a. WT ZHB 19-06 WAWA and Chickie N Petes requesting several dimensional variances and a sign variance on several properties. b. WT ZHB 19-09, Prime Development Group, LP, 892 Warrington Avenue, appeal of denial of a permit application submitted without a land development application. c. WT ZHB 19-10: Cardamone-Wade, Stump Road and Pickertown Road. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow construction of a Conservation Residential Development on an 18.6-acre tract of land where 25 acres is otherwise permitted. The applicant has simultaneously submitted a conditional use application to allow a Conservation Residential Development as a use on the property. d. Request approval to execute Release and Settlement Agreement for Lamplighter.
